Carrie Stephenson is the Executive Director of School Leadership and supports the neighborhood elementary, middle and high schools in Parker. She has worked in education for 29 years and in Douglas County for 25 years. In her spare time, Carrie loves making things whether it be building her own log cabin or sewing a quilt. She believes it is essential to support girls as they find the contagious spark that will guide them toward developing as independent, creative and confidence young women.
